On Thursday 8th June this project finally came to fruition with the unveiling of THE GOGGLES at the shore-end of the Port Noarlunga Jetty. The project began in 2014, initially intended for the Glenelg Jetty, and was then picked up by the Port Noarlunga community. South coast locals Anna Small and Warren Pickering were the artists whose concept design was selected for this fabulous location.

The resulting piece is a wonderful addition to the Port Noarlunga foreshore – and hopefully the start of more collaborations between the local Business and Tourism Association, local artists, Onkaparinga Council, reef champions and residents. The Friends of Gulf St
